Auger South Upgrade Meeting Karlsruhe

Venue and Dates

The meeting will be held on February 24 and 25 at FTU, the conference centre of the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, located just outside the laboratory, which is about 15 km from downtown Karlsruhe (for details see : Directions). Bus transport from hotels to FTU will be provided for participants. Sessions will start at 9:00 on Feb. 24th and end at 18:00 on Feb. 25th.

Visits to the laboratory (KASCADE Grande, LOPES radio array) can be organized on request on Wednesday afternoon or (with limitations) on Saturday morning.

The meeting is open to all members of the Auger collaboration with the request of previous (and pre-deadline) registration. Participation of non-members will be possible by special invitation.

Registration

We ask all of you who want to participate to register now to help us in preparing the meeting and to ensure adequate accommodation for everyone. The deadline for registration is February 5, 2005.

The registration fee of 30 Euros has to be paid in cash upon arrival at FTU. This fee covers the bus transfer from the hotels to the meeting venue, lunch tickets on the 24th and 25th as well as all refreshments during coffee breaks.
